The search for banana cake is over.. that's what my hubby said when i gave him a piece of this banana cake.. Ever since i know him he always like to eat banana cake, we used to buy banana cake at bakery before i know how to bake. Since that i like to search for banana cake recipe and have try 2 different recipe, guess what we have the winner now.. hehe
Since I got a lot of ripe banana so i made this banana cake last nite, using the new recipe which I see on youtube.. here the link to the recipe.
This banana cake turns out really moist,even the next morning still moist as it is.. Sour cream is the secret ingredient which make it moist..since i can't find sour cream near my palce so i replace it with plain yogurt. I mixed with raisin and reduce the sugar to 1 cup cos we don't like sweet..
Definetely..I'll make again.. only next time I'll use sour cream like the original recipe.. ;)
If you banana lover like us..this recipe worth to try..believe me.. :D:D:D
